SwiftView is a low-cost document imaging utility suite available on bothOPEN LOOK and Motif. Users can enhance information systems with itsdocument image viewing, document image printing, and document image fileformat conversion.The SwiftView Developer's Toolkit gives ORACLE SQL*Forms and Informix-4GLdevelopers "user exit" examples and code, and full SwiftViewfunctionality. The calling program can specify viewing window size andlocation, as well as the number of features available to users.SwiftView accepts both TIFF files and HPGL vector files. Many imagecompression formats are supported including Group 4, PackBits, and FAXcompatible Group 3. SwiftView prints on LaserJet-, PostScript-, andEpson-compatible printers, and outputs FAX-compatible TIFF files.
